Sociocracy 3.0

An open framework for evolving into an open future

Effectiveness: Devote time only to what brings you closer towards achieving your objectives.
Consent: Do things in the absence of reasons not to.
Empiricism: Test all assumptions through experiments, continuous revision and falsification.
Continuous Improvement: Change incrementally to accommodate steady empirical learning.
Equivalence: People affected by decisions influence and change them on the basis of reasons to do so.
Transparency: All information is available to everyone in an organization, unless there is a reason for confidentiality.
Accountability: Respond when something is needed, do what you agreed to and take ownership for the course of the organization.

Transform paralytic inner conflicts into living perspectives.

Without our intention, our words and our way of speaking often lead to injury and suffering – in others as well as in ourselves. A careful handling of communication helps us to listen more consciously and respect our respect. At the same time, we express ourselves honestly and clearly.

Design Thinking

Holistic and future-oriented solutions are required.

Once manageable systems become highly dynamic and complex as a result of social and economic change and in particular through comprehensive digitalization. Design Thinking is an effective way to deal with the complex tasks of our present time. There is also a corresponding response in the creative co-operation to the changing changes. We think design thinking is one of them.
